From assisting in writing job descriptions, helping with compensation plans to sourcing and assessing candidates, Hire Sales specializes in the search and recruiting of a wide range of sales and marketing positions.Direct Hire - Our direct hire service focuses on permanent placement of sales and marketing professionals. Options available under the direct hire service are as follows: Contigency Search or Exclusive Search Retained Search - Allows our clients to retain the Hire Sales team in conducting their search for high level, key executives. This consultative approach is a more dedicated recruiting effort and enables us to identify untapped talent to meet our clients needs. Contract - Interim staffing one of our experienced contractors will fill a temporary need - Project staffing one or more of our skilled contractors will assist with a specific project until its completion. Hire Sales has developed two popular and truly unique methods of accelerating the development and skills of sales professionals.Ascent ProgramsBusiness development and customer care personnel have opportunities to develop and learn new skills in groups of 12-15. These meetings are conducted by a qualified instructor/coach and are curriculum based.Participants enjoy bringing their real life challenges and opportunities to the group. Each member also receives one on one coaching throughout.Executive ForumsSales and marketing managers are invited to experience the power of a peer collaborative board. Each group consists of 10 members from non-competing industries that meet with a moderator a few hours each month. Participants benefit from confidential discussions of their challenges and opportunities while also learning from the experiences of others in the group.

John Favell - FounderJohn has been in the staffing industry in Tulsa continuously since 1974. He was founder and President of Key Temporary Personnel in 1978 and Accounting Principals in 1991 as well as several others. He was the founder and currently actively involved with MyStaf, HIre Sales, Search Engine and AcctKnowledge. VISTALIGN is his latest business venture as he broadens his services in the talent management field by offering consulting services.Courtney Carter - Director of Recruiting & MarketingCourtney has 10 years experience in sales, marketing and recruiting. She also leads public relations for other Favell Companies, including AcctKnowledge, Vistalign and Search Engine. Courtney is a member of the Tulsa Chapter Public Relations Society of America and has held a board position with the Business Marketing Association Tulsa Chapter.Jentry Anderson - Client ServicesJentry recently joined Hire Sales to provide support for our valued consultants and clients. Jentry is a recent graduate of Georgia State University. She received her Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Political Science - International Affairs.
